Firefly Somatics™ Packages & Pricing
Our prices vary depending on several factors, including your facilitator, whether your sessions are in-person or online, the type of package you choose, and any additional aspects you add (e.g. personalised somatic plan, add on session, etc). All sessions are offered as part of contained experiences rather than as one-off appointments because true nervous system and somatic healing requires ongoing support before, during, and after each session. Packages include:
- 3-6-9 month enrolment
- Pre-assessment
- 72-hour post-session check-in after each session
- Structured check-ins throughout the container you sign up for
- 30-minute integration video calls – quantity varies by package choice
- Nervous System Regulation Programme to follow at home as part of your integration
- We ensure clients receive a comprehensive and personalised experience along with the continuity and care necessary for lasting transformation.
Work with Creator & Founder, Danielle Hayes
Working one-to-one with Danielle offers a deeply personalised and integrative healing experience, drawing on her expertise as the creator of The Firefly Method®. Pricing reflects the unique depth, guidance, and support she provides throughout your experience.
All packages are offered in-person and online. The structures below applies to both formats, for both Psychosomatic Therapy and Energy Realignment Therapy, with Danielle as your guide.
Work with Coach, Amy Parrott
Coach Amy has undergone extensive mentorship and training with Danielle. Originally beginning as a client herself in 2022, she experienced The Firefly Method® first-hand and now brings that insight, skill, and compassionate presence to sessions.
While Amy directly guides your session using The Firefly Method®, Danielle is present, overseeing pre-assessments, paperwork, and all aftercare, including your Telegram support and check-ins. Every session with Amy is held within the same safe, structured, and integrative container where Danielle is present, providing you with the full Firefly experience.
All packages are offered in-person and online. The structure below applies to both formats, with Amy as your in-house facilitator.
12 Month Guided Psychosomatic Healing Journey
Our Guided Psychosomatic Healing Programme, A Journey of Higher Conscious Awakening, is an exponential programme aimed at Self Mastery. It is for individuals who are seeking to deep dive into their personal healing at a contained and cocooned capacity.
This is a full time enrolment for 12 consecutive months, while many clients remain on programming for 15 to 24 months until they feel ready to break away from the container. The prices for this 12 month journey are variable and can be discussed following on from a full treatment with either Danielle or Coach Amy.
Somatic Workshops
All Somatic Workshops are conducted in-person. These are an all-inclusive, immersive group experience, led by Danielle who holds the container, and is assisted by her coaches. The workshops are designed to guide you through nervous system regulation, embodied healing, and integrative somatic practices in a supportive, connected community.
Personalise Your Experience
If you want to enhance your experience, you can:
- Add an extra session without purchasing a separate package. This additional session can be scheduled within your container.
- Have a tailor made personalised package designed to meet your unique needs – there are 3 month, 6 month or 9 month options
- Request a personalised somatic protocol designed uniquely for you, based on your health assessment calculations and feedback from in session.
- Request a house call if you are struggling with a physical ailment and or chronic sicknesses (within the Greater Dublin catchment area).
- Any add-ons to your existing somatic package are available for an additional charge.
