Firefly Somatics™ and The Firefly Method® are legally protected trademarks, registered with the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland (IPOI) and the Companies Registration Office (CRO), and thus are protected under the registered trademark symbols ™ and ®. These registrations confirm that all intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Danielle Hayes, the Creator and Founder of Firefly Somatics™.
The ™ and ® symbols signify our ownership and provide legal notice that these marks represent our company, services, and proprietary methods. The official certificates below from the Irish National Trademark Office and the Companies Registration Office (CRO) confirm our legal registration and ownership, safeguarding our company, services, and proprietary methods.
Fair Use Guidelines in relation to Firefly Somatics™
Unauthorised use and/or duplication of any material without consent and permission from the author and owner Danielle Hayes, is strictly prohibited.
Links to information may be used, provided that full and clear credit is given to IP owner Danielle Hayes, with appropriate and specific direction to the original content.
Firefly Somatics™ takes great care in the development and protection of its trademark and reserves all rights of ownership of its trademark.
“Fair use” of Firefly Somatics™ trademarkings, that is, use by a third party without express permission or license, is limited to text-only references to Firefly Somatics™. In such references, you must be truthful, must not disparage Firefly Somatics™. You must not mislead the public. You must be clear and accurate as to the nature of the relationship between Firefly Somatics™ and your affiliation, company, its products, and its services.
You may not use Firefly Somatics™ trademark in a manner which could cause confusion to the work and foundation of Firefly Somatics™. Except as stated above, Firefly Somatics™ trademark may not be used by third parties without express permission.
Guidelines in relation to The Firefly Method®
You are explicitly prohibited from sharing, revealing or releasing any protocols, information or files created by Firefly Somatics™ with any parties outside of your own healing space. Files and information within these terms of the contract include protocols and programmes that are used in The Firefly Method®. These may not be used by any outside parties. This includes facilitators, therapists, practitioners and health service providers. You are unauthorised to share The Firefly Method®, in accordance with Trade Secrecy and Trademarking.
The Firefly Method® is a registered mark with the CRO. It was founded and created by Danielle Hayes, who has full ownership of the Intellectual Property. All prospective and current clients must sign an NDA, adhering to trademark guidelines and must agree not to use The Firefly Method® outside of your own personal healing practice.
Any files or protocols shared with you are authorised only for the intended recipient. Meaning, you must be a registered Firefly client on the system. All files shared with you are locked, watermarked and non-downloadable. They are view only. You may not also take screenshots of any programmes and share on any platform or with others individuals.
Should you wish to share content pertaining to your own personal healing journey (e.g images, videos of releases, somatic feedback, clips of your journey) we ask that Firefly Somatics ™ be recognised, acknowledged, tagged and/or mentioned on whatever platform intended or used on. This is to protect the integrity of The Firefly Method® and heart of Danielle’s creation.
Any files transmitted to you are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. Files shared with you contain confidential information and is intended only for the individual named. You should not disseminate, distribute, copy or share any files or protocols designed and created by Firefly Somatics™.
Should you break these clauses, Firefly Somatics™ will be notified immediately and legal action will be taken. This is preserved under legal trademarking laws. If you are not the intended recipient you will be notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is legally prohibited and goes against trademarking legalities.
